MoveIQ

GAIT ANALYSIS FOR COACHES & PHYSIOS

Find what's holdingan athlete back.

Every athlete has one thing capping their speed or setting up their next injury, and at real pace it's almost impossible to see. MoveIQ measures how they actually move from a phone clip, so you can pinpoint it, coach it, and show the athlete it changed. Fewer plateaus, fewer breakdowns, and progress you can prove.

FROM CLIP TO COACHING

Three steps. No lab, no markers, no guesswork.

01

Catch the moment

Use a clip you already have, or shoot one on your phone. Scrub to the exact frame (foot strike, mid-stance, toe-off), drop a few points on the joints, and read the angle.

02

Know what it means

Each angle is scored against healthy, efficient ranges and explained in plain language: what it's doing for speed, and where injury risk is creeping in. The reference bands are built in, so you're not flipping through a textbook mid-session.

03

Make it stick

Send the athlete a report they'll actually read: their own movement, annotated, with the one or two things to work on. Re-measure in a few weeks and let the before-and-after do the talking.

WHY COACHES & PHYSIOS USE IT

The difference between a reading and a decision.

01

Measure what the eye can't catch

No one clocks a 38° knee bend or a 4° heel strike at race pace, not even a good eye. Measure it precisely from the footage you already capture. No lab, no markers, no motion-capture suit.

02

Interpretation, not just a reading

A number on its own isn't a plan. Every measurement is compared to healthy, efficient ranges and explained: why it matters, what it's costing, and what to do next. Your time goes into coaching, not cross-referencing.

03

Catch the asymmetry early

Left-versus-right gaps and compensation patterns are flagged for you, so you address the small imbalance in a training block instead of meeting it again on the treatment table.

04

The report that earns the next referral

Athletes trust what they can see. Put their stride next to what good looks like, give them one clear cue, and let the before-and-after do the convincing. It's also the professional record that keeps clients, and referrers, coming back.

THE KNOWLEDGE IS BUILT IN

Not sure what 38° of knee flexion means? It tells you.

Every measurement links to a plain-English guide: what good looks like, the common faults, and the cues to fix them — the same reference library that ships inside the app.

For the coach's eye and the physio's file.

Coaches use MoveIQ to sharpen technique and prove the change. Physios use it to baseline a gait, guide a return-to-run, and show progress that stands up in the notes. Same measurements either way, running on your own Mac or PC, with footage that never leaves your machine.
